This is where it really gets good...you'll create a list of places where your target audience is hanging out online; Facebook groups they're in, YouTube channels they subscribe to, podcasts they listen to, etc. Then, you'll read their posts and comments.
This is a treasure trove of information about your audience; you’ll learn what they want, what they struggle with, how they define success, what they've already tried that hasn't worked.
This means that when you write your sales page or your marketing emails, you'll be using the exact words and phrases your audience uses, so that they'll feel heard and understood. And you'll create content that answers a specific desire they've voiced.
